WE’RE HIRING! Manager – Learning & Development
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive Learning and Development strategies, aligned with organizational goals
- Collaborate with department heads to identify skill gaps and deliver customized solutions
- Liaise with external training vendors and consultants as needed & oversee the curation and management of both internal and external training content
- Track and report the learning outcomes and ROI of training programs
- Manage LMS platforms and digital learning tools
- Monitor attendance and feedback regarding performance improvement in coordination with chemical and inverter stores
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in one of the following fields: HR, Psychology, Education, Business or a related area
- 6-8 years of experience in Learning & Development with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role
- Proven experience in designing and implementing learning programs, preferably within textile companies
- Familiarity with modern learning tools and methodologies such as LMS, e-learning platforms
- Strong project management and communication skills
