Position: Assistant Manager Scorecard Publication
Job Purpose: This position is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery of scorecard reports and analysis, and distribution publications that contribute to informed decision-making and effective communication.
Education & Relevant Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus
- 2-3 years of relevant experience
Knowledge
- Understanding of scorecard frameworks, KPIs, and performance metrics in a corporate setting.
- Familiarity with data analysis techniques and deriving business insights.
- Knowledge of reporting standards, data visualization, and corporate communications.
- Awareness of business administration and finance principles.
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration for data gathering and reporting.

Position: Deputy Manager Project Monitoring & Reporting
Job Purpose: This role’s primary responsibility is to assist Project Manager and help to plan, coordinate, and oversee projects to ensure timely completion. Work closely with various teams to track progress, manage resources, and handle administrative tasks. This role ensures that the strategies are embedded within the business operational plans and performance management plans. These responsibilities are carried out with the objective of ensuring process efficiency, in line with the organization’s policies, values and code of conduct, and directions from the supervisor.
Education & Relevant Experience:
- BE/BS in Electrical/Electronics/Data Science along with Business Acumen or Finance
- 3+ years of relevant experience
Knowledge

- Hands on experience with large data
- Understanding of company operations
- Data analytics, interpretation of financial results and implications, QVD fluent
