𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐒𝐮𝐦𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐲
We’re seeking an experienced Assistant Manager Reconciliation and Settlement to lead our team and manage daily BAU operations. The successful candidate will oversee settlement and reconciliation processes, ensure accurate and timely fund disbursements, and collaborate with banks and payment processors.
𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
Manage daily settlement and reconciliation processes
Ensure accurate and timely fund disbursements to merchants
Lead and support a team of reconciliation specialists
Monitor and resolve discrepancies in merchant transactions
Coordinate with Bank and other stakeholders
Prepare reports on settlement, reconciliation, and chargeback activities
Continuously review and improve processes to increase efficiency and reduce errors
Collaborate with other departments to resolve merchant transaction issues
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
Relevant experience in reconciliation and settlement
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and collaboration skills
