We’re hiring Sr. FINANCE ASSOCIATE Accounts Receivable & Treasury Support
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily/weekly sales reconciliations between POS systems and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales module.
- Record and monitor cash collections, bank receipts, and customer wallet balances.
- Ensure accurate posting of AR entries and timely resolution of discrepancies.
- Liaise with operations and sales teams to investigate and resolve any variances between POS reports and financial records.
- Prepare and review AR aging reports and follow up on outstanding receivables. Coordinate with cross-functional departments including Operations, Sales, and IT for accurate data flow.
- Support the month-end closing process related to AR and treasury. Maintain proper documentation for audit purposes and ensure adherence to internal financial controls.
- Provide timely and accurate reports to management as required.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelors or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Accounts Receivable and treasury-related functions.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and POS integration.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, lookups, reconciliations).

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in vendor ledger reconciliation by verifying vendor balances, invoices, and payments.
- Support the team in other reconciliation activities, such as bank, sales, or inventory reconciliations, as assigned.
- Help in clearing backlog entries and organizing documentation related to accounts payable or receivable.
- Coordinate with the finance team to collect and review necessary documents for reconciliation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in line with company standards. Perform data entry and assist in updating financial records under supervision.
Requirements:
- Fresh or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and reconciliation processes.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel (data entry, basic formulas).
