Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for different positions. Use innovative sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and headhunting). Strengthen Charcoal’s employer brand through recruitment marketing and engagement initiatives. Ensure a seamless candidate experience from application to onboarding. Track and optimize recruitment KPIs
Requirements: Females preferred
Experience: More than 5 years in Talent Acquisition (retail, fashion, or FMCG background is a plus)
Skills:
Strong in negotiations and stakeholder Management Data-driven decision-making
Qualification: Minimum BBA/MBA (HR/Management preferred)
