JOB OPPORTUNITY: An esteemed Public Sector Organization is seeking the services of a dynamic Executive Officer/Secretary (Group-V equivalent to BPS-20) to provide strategic leadership direction to the organization. The position would initially be for a period of two (02) years contract (extendable) based on value-added contribution and performance bar.
Position Details:
- Name of Post: Executive Officer/Secretary (Group-V equivalent to BPS-20)
- Number of Posts: 01
- Qualification & Experience:
- Masters in Management/Social Science with at least 15 years of on-job experience in an HR organization.
- Alternatively, service or retired civil servants (BS-20 and above) or retired officers of the Armed Forces with a rank of Lt. Colonel and above are eligible.
- Candidates should exhibit leadership capabilities, excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Must be well-versed in dealing with the labour workforce.
- Age Limit: 57 years (at the time of submission of application)
- Quota: Merit
Important Notes:
- General age relaxation of 5 years is already included.
- Age relaxation for other categories will be applicable as per Government instructions.
- The position is on contract for a period of two (02) years (extendable).
- Government servants must produce a NOC and apply through the proper channel.
