Position : Assistant Manager – Costing & Budgeting
Responsibilities:
- Analyze costing, variance and profitability for product pricing
- Identify discrepancies between actual and budgeted plans
- Prepare and reconcile inventory management reports
- Ensure compliance with industry standards for costing and budgeting
Experience: At least 2-3 years of similar experience in manufacturing concern
Education: Bachelor’s in Accounts and Finance, CMA or CIMA (part qualified)
Competencies:
- Knowledge of financial analysis and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of data reconciliation and financial operations
- Skilled in using Oracle Fusion & MS Excel
- Strong presentation, coordination and communication skills
