WE’RE HIRING! Officer – Accounts Department
Location: Corn Division – Faisalabad (FIEDMC)
Job Summary:
We are looking for an ICMA qualified/part-qualified accounting professional with manufacturing costing experience. Responsibilities include assist in preparing budgets, product costing, and production cost analysis. Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics and advanced Excel skills preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing expense, material, and production budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
- Determine product costs and support the development and implementation of a standard costing system.
- Prepare detailed analyses of production costs, breakeven analyses, contribution margins, and other relevant metrics.
- Support month-end and year-end close processes, including monthly stock reconciliations and work-in-progress valuation.
- Identify cost inefficiencies and collaborate with the Head of Department to address them.
- Monitor and track system-based stock movements and report any discrepancies.
- Assist in preparing stock adjustments and posting main store issuances in the system.
- Collaborate with the Production and Warehouse departments to ensure monthly material balancing and yield reporting.
Required Skills:
- ICMA qualified or part-qualified.
- Previous experience in costing in a manufacturing entity.
- Strong understanding of various costing systems, including process, absorption, marginal, and standard costing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics and advanced Excel skills (preferred)
