🔍Position: Network Support Officer
🌈What You’ll Be Doing:
- Provide technical support to users regarding network-related issues
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot problems
- Install, configure, and maintain network equipment and software
- Implement and maintain network security protocols and measures
- Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure the integrity and efficiency of the network
- Document network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps
🎯What We’re Looking For:
BSCS / BSIT Relevant certifications
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience
- Proven experience in network administration and support
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols and technologies (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs)
- Experience with network equipment such as routers, switches, and firewalls
- Familiarity with network monitoring tools
- Understanding of AD server and firewall
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
