Available Positions

1. Thematic Expert (Human Rights & Labour Rights)

• Number of Positions: 01
• Salary: Market-Based Competitive Salary
• Qualification & Experience:
  • Master’s degree in Human Rights, Administrative Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field (e.g., Supply Chain Management, International Trade) from a National or International HEC-recognized university.
  • In-depth knowledge of international labour law principles.
  • Minimum 07 years of experience.

2. Manager (Training & Outreach/Events)

• Number of Positions: 01
• Salary: Market-Based Competitive Salary
• Qualification & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Management, or a related field from a National or International HEC-recognized university.
  • Equivalent experience in training & development, outreach activities in different cities.
  • Minimum 07 years of experience.

3. Assistant Manager (Information Technology)

• Number of Positions: 01
• Salary: Market-Based Competitive Salary
• Qualification & Experience:
  • Master’s or 4-year BS degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field from a National or International HEC-recognized university.
  • Hands-on experience with IT infrastructure, cloud computing (AWS, local or hybrid cloud), and software applications.
  • Minimum 03 years of experience.

4. Content Writer/Graphic Designer

• Number of Positions: 01
• Salary: Market-Based Competitive Salary
• Qualification & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Content Writer and Graphic Designer from a National or International HEC-recognized university.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing past work.
  • Minimum 03 years of experience.

5. Media & Communication Officer

• Number of Positions: 01
• Salary: Market-Based Competitive Salary
• Qualification & Experience:
  • Master’s or 4-year Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Media Studies, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field from a National or International HEC-recognized university.
  • Strong photography, videography, and editing skills (Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, Canva, etc.).
  • Minimum 03 years of experience.

6. Dispatch Rider

• Number of Positions: 01
• Salary: Market-Based Competitive Salary
• Qualification & Experience:
  • Matriculation with experience in dispatch and riding activities.
  • Minimum 01 year of experience.
