SITUATIONS VACANT: The Ministry of National Health Services, Regulations, and Coordination invites applications from eligible candidates for the Prime Minister’s Program for the Elimination of Hepatitis C infection in Pakistan. These positions are on a contract basis for a duration of three years under the Project Pay Scale (PPS) and are based in Islamabad, Pakistan.
Available Positions
1. Project Manager (PPS10/BPS20)
- Number of Positions: 1
- Age Limit: 40-55 years
- Qualification: MBBS with a Master’s in Public Health, Social Sciences, or Project Management
- Experience & Skills:
- At least 10 years of post-qualification experience in project management.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in health-related projects.
2. Procurement Manager/Specialist (PPS9/BPS19)
- Number of Positions: 1
- Age Limit: 40-50 years
- Qualification:
- BS Hons in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, or Business Management.
- MBA in Finance, Procurement, or Logistics & Supply Chain from one of the top 10 universities ranked by HEC.
- More weightage will be given to candidates with management experience.
- Experience & Skills:
- At least 10 years of post-qualification experience in procurement of health and non-health products & services and consulting services for health-related projects.
- Knowledge and experience in Federal, National, and International procurement rules will be given due weightage.
- Experience in conducting technical bid evaluations, contract awards, and project management for government and donor-funded projects.
3. Training Officer (PPS8/BPS18)
- Number of Positions: 2
- Age Limit: 35-45 years
- Qualification: MBBS with a Master’s in Public Health, recognized by HEC Pakistan.
- Experience & Skills:
- At least 8 years of experience in event organization and training sessions related to health projects.
4. Data Assistant (PPS7/BPS17)
- Number of Positions: 2
- Age Limit: 25-35 years
- Qualification:
- BS Hons in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, or Business Management.
- MBA from an HEC-recognized university in Pakistan.
- Experience & Skills:
- At least 5 years of post-qualification experience in data analysis and data management.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in health-related projects.
