We’re HIRING Deputy Manager – System Development
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of textile processing systems using Oracle.
- Optimize workflows for Textile Processing, and cut-to-pack operations.
- Ensure proper integration of production, supply chain, and inventory systems.
- Collaborate with production and planning teams to enhance system efficiency.
- Identify and resolve process inefficiencies through system enhancements.
- Train staff on new systems and ensure smooth adoption across departments.
Education:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Textile Engineering, Industrial Management, or a relevant field.
Experience:
- 8+ years of experience in system development and implementation within the textile industry.
Skills:
- Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP for textile processing.
- Strong understanding of woven & knit processing (Bleaching, Printing, Dyeing, and Cut-to-Pack).
- Excellent problem-solving and process optimization skills.
