Job Description:
- Seeking applications from talented, passionate, and energetic professionals for their Admin Department.
- Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
- Act as a point of contact between teams and stakeholders.
- Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes.
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reports.
- Manage correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionally.
Requirements:
- Education: Graduate or Master’s degree.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in managing administrative tasks, facilitating communication, and ensuring the smooth execution of projects and operations.
- Skills: Strong multitasking abilities, excellent communication skills, computer skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Location: Head Office Peshawar
Salary: PKR 80,000/- to 90,000/-
