OLP Modaraba is seeking a highly organized and professional Secretary to the CEO for our office in Karachi. The ideal candidate should have 3 to 4 years of relevant experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the CEO, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required.
Coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring all logistics are arranged.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and manage communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Assist with travel arrangements, bookings, and itineraries.
Perform other duties as assigned by the CEO.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
At least 3 to 4 years of experience as a Secretary, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role.
Preferred gender Female
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
