BachaaParty is looking to hire a skilled and experienced candidate for the position of 𝐁𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐭 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐝 (𝐀𝐩𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐥 & 𝐅𝐨𝐨𝐭𝐰𝐞𝐚𝐫).

Responsibilities :

Develop and implement business strategies for the Apparel & Footwear department in alignment with organizational goals.
Identify new market opportunities and drive expansion initiatives for increased market share.
Establish and monitor KPIs to measure business success and operational efficiency.
Oversee product assortment planning, pricing strategies, and brand positioning for both Apparel & Footwear.
Collaborate with design, production, and merchandising teams to ensure timely launches and seasonal collections.
Develop strong supplier relationships to enhance sourcing and procurement efficiencies.
Optimize supply chain operations, ensuring seamless procurement, demand planning, and inventory control.
Implement best practices in demand forecasting to minimize stockouts and overstock situations.
Streamline production workflows to enhance efficiency, reduce lead times, and maintain product quality.
Implement Lean Manufacturing & Value Stream Mapping techniques to improve overall operational efficiency.
Monitor vendor compliance and ensure adherence to quality standards and ethical sourcing.
Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Work closely with marketing, sales, and retail teams to align business goals and optimize sales performance.
Analyze sales trends and implement corrective actions to achieve revenue targets.

Requirements :

MBA in Supply Chain Management or a related field from a recognized institution.
15-18 years of experience in Apparel & Footwear business management, with expertise in supply chain, production, merchandising, and category management.
Industry certifications in Supply Chain, Production Management, or Lean Six Sigma will be an added advantage.
Proven experience in retail execution and demand planning for fashion apparel.
Strong leadership and strategic decision-making skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, ERP & Inventory Management Systems.
