Education: Bachelors/Masters in IT/IS/CS or relevant field (minimum 16 years of education)
Preferred Knowledge/Certification: PCI DSS, ISO 27001-LA/LI, ISO 22301, CISM.
Experience: 10-12 years in relevant field

Title: Manager / Senior Manager – IS Governance, BCP & Incident Management
Job Role & Requirements:
Manage Information Security (IS) documents such as framework, policies and procedures as per organization objectives, international best practices and regulatory requirements.
Ensure compliance with IS policies and procedures, audits, IPS review and PCI DSS.
Manage IS awareness program including sessions, emails, drills and quizzes.
Conduct security reviews to identify anomalies.
Coordinate with Risk Management team to perform IS risk assessments and control testing activities.
Maintain cyber threat advisories and follow up on action items.
Coordinate with respective teams for the governance and management of Business Continuity policies, plans & site readiness.
Conduct BCP-related activities including Business Impact Analysis (BIA) to prioritize 1LINK’s products and services.
Assist in conducting Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery drills to ensure effectiveness of the program and identify areas of improvements.
Manage Incident Response Plan and perform timely incident reporting and closure.
Facilitate internal/external audits and regulatory inspections, perform and track remedial actions as suggested.
Present the security updates and challenges to relevant management committees.
