Master Motor is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager Administration to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth functioning of administrative operations at our manufacturing plant.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day administrative operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies.
Manage facilities, including maintenance, utilities, and workplace safety.
Coordinate with internal departments to address administrative needs and support operational goals.
Supervise and manage support staff to maintain high standards of service delivery.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards at the manufacturing plant.
Handle vendor management, procurement of office supplies, and contract negotiations.
Travel Desk Management
Requirements:
4–5 years of proven experience in administration, preferably in a manufacturing plant environment.
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in administrative tools and systems.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
