· Ability to remain composed and professional in high-pressure situations
· Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers
Job Description:
· Answer incoming calls of customers
· Perform outbound and inbound calls in response to alerts, tickets and to sell
· Respond or create tickets in response to alerts and customer queries
· Collaborate within and outside department to address customer queries
· Working in rotating shifts including coming to office on public holidays or as per demand of shift
· Carry out any-another task as and when assigned by team lead or manager or HOD
