Are you ready to make an impact in the flexible packaging industry? We are hiring a QA/QC Officer to ensure top-notch quality and excellence in our printing operations.

🔍 𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

🔹Verify all the requirement as per job card / customer specification.
🔹Collection of all printing samples from each roll.
🔹Inspection of all printed sample as per given standard parameters.
🔹Make the entries of inspection in quality control log book.
🔹Responsible to highlight the defects at the time of online inspection.
🔹Responsible to HOLD problematic material and issue non confirmatory report.
🔹Verify the job from approved shade card. (color, text, dimension, ink gsm, Opacity, physical appearance).
🔹Collect printed sample for every roll for retention.
🔹Follow safety instructions as per company policy.
🔹Follow GMP / hygiene instructions as per company policy.
🔹Follow & maintain Good Laboratory Practice.
🔹Any task given by HOD performs on timely manner.

🛠 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 & 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀:

🔹Qualifications: DAE Chemical / Graduate / BSc.
🔹Experience: 2+ years working experience must be in flexible packaging industry.
🔹Must have knowledge of Raw/Pack Materials & their basic properties.
🔹Must have knowledge on Printed films properties & Applications.
🔹Should be able to Handle the Audits Requirements/Process.
