Beaconhouse National University’s Department of Hospitality Management, the School of Management Sciences, is looking for dynamic and competent resources for the following positions:
Lecturer/Assistant Professor in Hospitality Management/Food & Beverage
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality instruction in hospitality management, food and beverage, and hotel management courses.
- Develop and update course materials, including syllabus, lesson plans, and
- assessments.
- Utilize various teaching methods and technologies to engage students and
- facilitate effective learning experiences.
- Provide guidance and support to students, both inside and outside of the
- classroom, in their academic and career development.
- Assess student performance and provide timely feedback to promote continuous improvement.
- Stay updated with industry trends and developments to ensure the relevance of course content.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall quality of the hospitality
- management program.
- Participate in departmental meetings, committees, and professional development activities.
- Contribute to the ongoing curriculum development and improvement efforts.
Requirements:
Master’s degree in Hospitality Management or 18 years of education in a related field (Ph.D. preferred).
Previous teaching experience in hospitality management or a related field.
Expertise in hospitality management, food and beverage, and hotel management.
Knowledge of current industry practices and trends.
