Beaconhouse National University’s Department of Hospitality Management, the School of Management Sciences, is looking for dynamic and competent resources for the following positions:

Lecturer/Assistant Professor in Hospitality Management/Food & Beverage

Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality instruction in hospitality management, food and beverage, and hotel management courses.
Develop and update course materials, including syllabus, lesson plans, and
assessments.
Utilize various teaching methods and technologies to engage students and
facilitate effective learning experiences.
Provide guidance and support to students, both inside and outside of the
classroom, in their academic and career development.
Assess student performance and provide timely feedback to promote continuous improvement.
Stay updated with industry trends and developments to ensure the relevance of course content.
Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall quality of the hospitality
management program.
Participate in departmental meetings, committees, and professional development activities.
Contribute to the ongoing curriculum development and improvement efforts.

Requirements:

Master’s degree in Hospitality Management or 18 years of education in a related field (Ph.D. preferred).
Previous teaching experience in hospitality management or a related field.
Expertise in hospitality management, food and beverage, and hotel management.
Knowledge of current industry practices and trends.
