Requirements:
*Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
*03 to 04 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in the fashion or retail industry.
*Knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and best practices in retail environments.
*Strong organizational and communication skills.
*Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Dynamics 365.
*Ability to manage multiple tasks and handle sensitive employee matters.
