Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day document management, including printing, scanning, filing, and organizing department-related documents.
- Perform accurate and timely data entry tasks to maintain digital and physical records.
- Assist in department coordination tasks, such as communicating with other departments.
- Provide assistance in organizing departmental activities and follow up on pending tasks.
Requirements:
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic data entry tools.
- Soft Skills: Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain accuracy in all tasks, especially data entry and document handling.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, responsible, and able to manage confidential information discreetly.
