We are looking to add a member to our Accounts & Finance team, who loves working with numbers and has spent some good time working with the Receivables in a textile setup. This is a fascinating opportunity for an enthusiastic individual who is passionate about creating a larger impact on the business by making the best use of numbers. A good fit for this role would be ideally someone who can oversee the entire revenue cycle, conducting credit checks, and preparing financial reports whilst addressing customer queries, performing customer reconciliations

The major areas of focus and expertise for an ideal candidate are:

Ensuring that customer invoices are processed and paid on time to maintain good relationships with customers.
Maintaining detailed and accurate financial records and control reports to ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies.
Manage the accounts receivables team to ensure efficient and accurate processing of transactions.
Identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities within the accounts receivables process.
Ensure that all accounts receivables activities comply with company policies and financial regulations, and provide necessary reports to management.
Manage customer relationships and resolve any issues or disputes related to receivables or invoices.
Prepare and analyze accounts receivables reports, including ageing reports, cash flow projections, and customer performance metrics
Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end close processes for accounts receivables.
Assist with audits and provide documentation and support as needed Good multitasking, analytical, interpersonal and pressure-handling skills and has an ability to drive processes through innovation and ownership
Knowledge of ERP, preferably S4H, MS Office specifically Excel
Has at least 5-6 years of experience of working in the Accounts department of a Textile company.
Qualification Requirements: ACCA, Masters/Bachelors in Accounting & Finance or an equivalent qualification
