𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞 𝐖𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐈𝐧𝐜𝐥𝐮𝐝𝐞:
Developing and implementing quality policies and auditing frameworks
Leading performance evaluations and identifying areas for improvement
Providing expert guidance on quality issues across all levels of the organization
Setting a strategic direction for quality culture company-wide
𝐈𝐝𝐞𝐚𝐥 𝐂𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐢𝐥𝐞:
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering or Business
Experience: 10-12 years in telecom quality management
Skills: Strong expertise in quality standards, auditing, and problem-solving
Certifications: Knowledge of ISO 45001, 9001, 14001, 27001, Six Sigma, ETOM, ITIL

We’re thrilled to announce an opening for an experienced Senior Manager, Governance, Risk & Compliance (SM GRC) at our Islamabad office. If you’re passionate about driving governance strategies, mitigating risks, and leading compliance initiatives, we want to hear from you!
𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐘𝐨𝐮’𝐥𝐥 𝐃𝐨:
🔸 Develop and execute a comprehensive GRC strategy aligned with business goals
🔸 Identify and manage enterprise risks, developing proactive mitigation strategies
🔸 Ensure compliance with global standards (ISO, NIST, SOX, GDPR, etc.)
🔸 Lead internal and external audit processes and maintain regulatory relationships
🔸 Oversee GRC policies, frameworks, and incident response protocols
𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐖𝐞’𝐫𝐞 𝐋𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐅𝐨𝐫:
✔️ Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering or Business
✔️ Experience: 7+ years in GRC, compliance, or risk management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
✔️ Skills: Strong critical thinking, deep knowledge of GRC frameworks, and regulatory expertise
