POSITION TITLE: Officer – Payroll Operations
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in the preparation of all payroll activities including payroll payments, reports.
- Ensure accuracy of deductions of Employee Tax, EOBI, Provident Funds and other heads in payroll and full and final settlement calculations.
- Adhere to all organization policies and procedures
- Maintain accurate payroll, associated financial and other records and activities
- Ensure 100% Compliance with prevailing policies, processes and laws of the country.
- Provide customized Reports and analysis to management for better decision making.
- Initiate effective operational and management reporting.
- Ensure to book payroll related accruals/provisions/advances.
- Manage and provide Operational support to treasury operations
- Resolve payroll errors and make sure the account balances are correct.
- Any other task as assigned by the management.

- MBA – Finance
- 1-2 years of relevant experience
