We are seeking Market Development Executives in different regions who can be part of our dynamic sales team. The successful candidate will:
• Develop and implement sales strategies to boost product availability, and market share.
• Retain existing customers through excellent service and develop new customer relationships.
• Supervise Order Bookers to meet sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Identify and execute marketing opportunities in-store to enhance branding and drive sales.
• Coach Order Bookers to maintain adequate stock levels and proper merchandising on shelves and coolers.
• Conduct regular market visits to assess Order Bookers’ performance and spot development opportunities.
• Ensure optimal stock levels for each SKU based on the company’s Stock Cover Days policy.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to stay competitive.
• Address customer complaints and inquiries promptly and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate sales records and documentation for analysis and decision-making.
• Handle distributors effectively.
• Hold daily team meetings to provide feedback and improve performance based on KPIs.
