Please note that it is an on-site full-time position based at our Corporate Office – Gulberg Greens, Islamabad.

Who are we looking for?

• Preferable a Master’s Degree in Business Administration / Finance / Commerce / Computer Science from an HEC recognized / overseas institution.
• Minimum 8 years ‘experience in a financial institution or similar environment and minimum 5 Years’ experience in T24.
• Should have experience in Core Banking projects focusing on T24.
• Must have a good understanding of SDLC Processes.
• Must have good Business Requirement Analysis, Scope verification and Unit Testing.
• Strong working knowledge in AA product and T24 application.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Support

• Work collaboratively with internal / external customers for testing of products requiring for the overall enhancement of operational application of core banking system quality.

– Providing support to business teams for different trouble queries raised form the end users side related to T24.

Branch Portfolio Merger /Split

• Managing branch portfolio merger and split activity.

Changes Deployment on Core Banking System

• Ensuring complete documentation for bug fix deployment on Core Banking System through HDMS.
• Supervision of complete testing related to issues & new developments.

User Acceptance Testing and Configuration

• Configuration analysis for the new business requirements related to T24 Core Banking System.
• Configuration of new products, parameters as per business requirement.
• Implementation of SOC changes.
• Review current software to identify defects and opportunities to improve performance and stability.

Capacity Building and Additional Tasks:

Assisting in any relevant tasks as and when entrusted by line manager.

Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes, and practices within the function.

In coordination with HRD, conduct TNA of Operations staff and make appropriate recommendations/intimate HRD.
