This is a full-time on-site role as a Cluster Manager for Direct Liability Sales at MCB Islamic Bank. The Cluster Managers will be responsible for team management, communication, sales, lead generation, and training activities to drive business growth and customer satisfaction on a day-to-day basis.

𝗠𝗮𝘅 𝗚𝗿𝗮𝗱𝗲 Assistant Vice President
𝗠𝗮𝘅𝗶𝗺𝘂𝗺 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗿𝘆 PKR 200,000 (All inclusive)
𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 & 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗲𝘀
■ Minimum 6-7 years of relevant experience in sales and lead generation abilities and at least 2-3 years in similar role in the banking sector
■ Team Management and Leadership skills
■ Excellent Communication skills
■ Training and Development expertise
■ Proven track record in achieving sales targets
■ Strong understanding of Islamic banking principles is a plus
■ Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
