WE ARE HIRING: NADRA is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional for the following position:

Position: Director General

Educational Background:

16 years of education in Information Technology, Computer Sciences, or an equivalent degree from an HEC Recognized University.

Professional Experience, Skills, and Competencies:

Minimum 20 years of experience in project management, preferably in digital transformation projects at a senior level.
Ability to plan, execute, and deliver project objectives while managing scope, time, and quality.
Experience in managing project budgets and resources effectively.
Experience in the design and development of enterprise-level Data Exchange Layer.
Familiarity with World Bank guidelines, regulatory authorities, and standards.
Proven track record in leading large-scale technology-driven projects.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent skills in planning, organizing, and managing resources.

Terms & Conditions:

The selected candidate will be hired initially on a contract basis for 3 years (extendable if required).
Management reserves the right to accept/reject any application without assigning any reason.
Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interviews.
The candidate will be disqualified if false information is provided.
5 years’ relaxation in age is already included in the age limit.
The selected candidate shall provide Medical Fitness and Character Certificates.
Employees serving in Government/Semi-Government departments must provide/attach a No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of submission of the application.
No TA/DA will be admissible.
Attested degrees from Higher Education Commission (HEC) must be provided at the time of the interview. In case of foreign degrees, equivalency from HEC will also be required.
