WE ARE Hiring HR Coordinator
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all HR operations and providing dedicated support to Cargo & logistics business.
- Manage talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee lifecycle.
- Handle EOBI/PESSI, conflict resolution, and ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
- Manage employees’ daily attendance through Mobile Application/Web Attendance portal/Attendance Machine.
- Ensure smooth implementation of HR initiatives in line with the division’s goals.
Qualification and Experience:
- BBA/MBA with specialization in HRM.
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant experience.
Skills and Competencies:
- Expertise in MS Office.
- Excellent Analytical Skills.
- Good communication (verbal & written) skills.
