Executive Assistant – CEO
Key Responsibilities:
- The incumbent will report to CEO and will provide expert level administrative support and project management skills to senior leadership.
- The incumbent will provide day to day scheduling, meeting coordination, project implementation and internal communication.
- The incumbent will also be responsible to make presentations for top management on Microsoft PowerPoint.
- The responsibility will also include travel scheduling, maintaining calendar and timely updating on meeting minutes.
- Ability to prepare accurate, properly formatted documents and reports, frequently under tight time constraints.
Location: Lahore
Eligibility Criteria:
- Ideal candidate must have Masters degree preferably MBA with 3-4 years of proven experience in similar domain.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Candidate must have pleasant personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
