Responsibilities include:
• To check and prepare the Project feasibility report.
• To prepare Project Approval Paper.
• Seek guidance/support from Japanese instructors to implement the jobs.
• Make reports / summaries to report the management for each project, periodically.
• To finalize the specification of the project according to the standards and customer requirement. Finalize the selection of material and equipment.
• To calculate engineering estimates for the project.
• To schedule, execute and monitor project.
• Monitoring of project Budget Status with estimated Budget and justification in the case of variance in the budget.
• Evaluation and improvement of production process.
• To prepare Certificate of Payment after the job is completed.
• To handing over the project to concern department.
• To ensure all safety standards during the project execution given by the SHE.
• Promote and implement Kaizen activities.
• Promoting 5S activities within the workplace.
