JOB DESCRIPTION
- Monitor Dealers overall service performance and collect monthly operation report.
- Responsible for generating dealers service ability improvement plan & put into implementation.
- Responsible for customer complaint handling, warranty case approval and execution of special service activities for Dealers.
- Timely submission of technical reports.
SKILLS
- Strong Technical Diagnosis skills
- Customer First Mindset, Prompt decision maker
- Great analytical & interpersonal skills
