MANAGER R & D – FLEXIBLE PACKAGING
(A Ghulam Faruque Group Company) is looking for a qualified and talented individual for the mentioned position based in Gadoon Amazai Swabi KPK.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage multiple R & D projects ideation till execution.
- Derive the design and development of new flexible packaging materials and technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Production, Planning and Supply Chain to align on project goals and deliverables.
- Conduct research to identify new materials, technologies, and processes that could enhance product performance and sustainability.
- Ensure all products meet quality standards and compliance requirements.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of research activities and results.
The ideal candidate have Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or DAE with 08-10 of experience in R&D within the Flexible packaging industry. Strong understanding of Flexible packaging materials, manufacturing processes, and packaging technologies. Knowledge of SAP/ERP will be an added advantage.
