Roles and Responsibilities:
- Facilitate internal and external audits and ensure compliance with prudential and regulatory standards as well as adherence to internal and external policies.
- Implement strategies to fuel the growth in the branch’s assigned budget.
- Ensure profitability and growth of the branch by increasing the customer base and maximizing operational efficiency.
- Develop and establish strong relationships with customers in order to market and promote the bank’s products.
- Cross-sell consumer asset products.
- Review financial reports and general ledgers, ensuring compliance with guidelines regarding transactions.
