We are looking for a Senior Officer Quality to join our team. The ideal candidate will conduct online QC checks, implementing Good Hygiene Practices (GHP), managing specifications for raw materials and finished goods, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and client technical requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform online QC checks and conduct root cause analysis to address quality issues.
- Implement and maintain Good Hygiene Practices (GHP) on-site.
- Manage specifications for raw materials and finished goods to ensure compliance with regulatory and client technical requirements.
- Implement and improve HACCP plans and QMS documentation, ensuring adherence to FSSC Ver 6, HALAL, PSQCA, and customer requirements.
- Conduct raw material testing, manage SAP releases, perform trend analysis, and handle sample retention management.
- Address and resolve supplier complaints related to quality issues.
- Conduct process line validation and line qualifications to ensure product consistency.
- Support R&D trials and manage retention samples during the new product development process.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of local and international regulatory requirements, including FSSC 22000 Ver 6.0, HALAL, PSQCA, and CODEX.
- Familiarity with Six Sigma, TPM, or TQM methodologies.
- Proficiency in SAP (Quality Module) and ERP systems.
- Expertise in Statistical Process Control (SPC) and food/chemical lab testing.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to conduct root cause analysis.
- Team player with strong communication and collaboration skills.
