Qualifications & Experience Required:
- Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.
- 7-8 years of relevant experience in HRMS.
Skills & Knowledge:
- Strong knowledge of payroll processes in customized modules.
- Deep understanding of the HRMS system life cycle.
- Proficiency in Oracle Forms & Reports 10g/11g/12c.
- Expertise in Oracle Database, SQL, PL/SQL, and XML/BI Publisher.
- Proven ability to develop applications using Oracle Developer 10g/11g/12c.
- Experience in system analysis, design, development, and implementation.
- Ability to provide support and fix bugs in existing projects.
