Hotel One, Pakistan’s fastest growing select-service hospitality chain, is hiring for the position of Manager Marketing & Communication at its Corporate Office in Lahore.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Proven success in developing marketing plans and campaigns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills.
- Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity.
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools.
- Initiate, oversee and execute Barter Agreements.
- Search for and onboard impactful Sponsorships.
- Coordinate with the PSL Marketing Department for development of advertisements and ensure timely implementation.
- Coordinate with all HOPL properties for advertisements and marketing collateral.
- Coordinate with HOPL Graphic Design Department to fine-tune and ensure timely implementation of all advertisements and reels.
- Maintain consistent and high-quality online presence across all social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Write, edit and draft discussions and content for all advertisements and reels in coordination with the PSL Marketing Department.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree (16 years) or equivalent qualification.
- At least 6-9 years of proven experience preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
