Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of all Uniworth retail stores across Pakistan.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance store performance and achieve sales targets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards across all stores.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise Area Sales Managers (ASMs) to ensure they meet their regional targets.
- Drive sales initiatives and promotions to maximize revenue.
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained across all stores.
- Implement cost-control measures to maximize profitability.
- Develop training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of store staff.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve market share and brand presence.
Requirements:
- Experience: 7-10 years of proven experience as a Retail Operations Manager.
- Education: Master’s in Business Administration or a related field.
- Skills: Analytical mindset with a good understanding of retail metrics and financial analysis.
Location:
