Director Restaurants – Islamabad
Position Profile:
This role entails leading daily Food & Beverage (F&B) operations with a focus on enhancing profitability, controlling costs, and upholding the highest quality standards to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include defining the department’s strategic vision, driving restaurant promotions and sales, and aligning operations with company objectives. The position also involves managing supply chain operations, budgeting, forecasting, and mentoring the team to achieve optimal performance. Strong leadership and decision-making skills, coupled with extensive experience in the hospitality industry, are crucial.
Position Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a reputable organization.
Manager Restaurants – Islamabad
Position Profile:
The Manager Restaurants will enhance customer satisfaction and optimize F&B profitability by overseeing daily operations, managing associates, and executing marketing and sales strategies. This role ensures adherence to hotel guidelines, departmental plans, and corporate standards while delivering exceptional service quality.
Number of Positions Available:
- We are seeking two skilled Restaurant Managers: one for Zamana Restaurant and one for Al-Maghreb Restaurant.
- Zamana Restaurant: A unique all-day dining destination offering a delightful fusion of traditional Pakistani and continental cuisine, merging authentic flavors with sophisticated global dishes.
- Al-Maghreb Restaurant: An elegant venue that provides a rich Middle Eastern culinary experience, specializing in authentic Middle Eastern dishes.
Position Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a reputable establishment.
