Applications are invited from Pakistani Nationals to fill the following Positions, on merit, under the project “Prime Minister’s Laptop Scheme” on a contract basis:

Position: Project Director
Project Pay Scale: PPS-10
Salary: Rs. 437,500/- per month (All inclusive)
Number of Posts: 01
Qualification/Experience:
- Masters degree or equivalent (at least 2nd Division) from HEC-recognized University/Institution.
- Twelve (12) years of relevant experience in a Public/Private Sector organization of good repute, including five (05) years of managerial experience.
  Maximum Age: 55 Years
Position: Technical Monitoring Officer
Project Pay Scale: PPS-8
Salary: Rs. 218,750/- per month (All inclusive)
Number of Posts: 01
Qualification/Experience:
- Masters/Bachelors degree (16 years) preferably in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent (at least 2nd Division) from HEC-recognized University/Institutions.
- Five (05) years of relevant experience in a Public/Private sector organization of good repute, including five (05) years of managerial/projects handling experience.
  Maximum Age: 50 Years

Note: “Experience” means experience gained after obtaining the minimum required qualification.

The test/interview of eligible candidates residing outside the Islamabad/Rawalpindi region and vicinity will be conducted via Audio/video conferencing at the nearest possible location of the candidates (Karachi, Lahore, Quetta & Peshawar).
An application processing fee of Rs. 600/- may be deposited online in HEC’s A/C No. 17427900133401, maintained for the purpose in Habib Bank Ltd, and proof of the receipt may be uploaded on the HEC website https://careers.hec.gov.pk.
Those already in Government Service should apply through the proper channel. Five (05) years of general age relaxation is already included. Further age relaxation will be given as per Government rules.
Experience gained as a part-time, honorary, apprentice, or internee (as part of study) will not be considered/counted as experience.
The selected candidate can be posted anywhere in Pakistan.
HEC reserves the right to reject any or all applications without assigning any reason, as well as to increase or decrease the number of vacancies as per requirement.
The last date for submission of the online application is September 02, 2024. Incomplete or late applications will not be entertained.
