WE’RE HIRING! CX RESEARCHER & STRATEGIST – DIGITAL BANKING GROUP
Qualification: Graduate, preferably in Computer Science, Design or Business from HEC recognized institute
Experience: Minimum 4 years experience related to mobile applications designing, developing and curating
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of curious and innovative problem solvers, leading the digital transformation and establishing design thinking methodology across the organization
- Create meaningful, seamless, and engaging interactions across all digital touchpoints to meet and exceed customer expectations
- Evaluate digital accessibility, improve digital sales communications, and design customer journeys across all digital applications
- Evaluate engagement metrics to improve and optimize journeys; research the digital space to identify opportunities for innovation and experience excellence
Core Competencies:
A curious and innovative mindset with strong people and communication skills
Strong and market-proven experience in service design, customer journeys, and transformation
