POSITION VACANT
NACTE invites applications for the following position:
- Secretary
- Contract Basis (4 years tenure)
- Pay package: Initial stage of BPS-20 plus usual allowances admissible to contract employees.
- Place of posting: Islamabad
Eligibility:
- Qualification: PhD in education from an HEC recognized university.
- Experience: 10 years teaching/research experience as a teacher educator OR 5 years post-PhD teaching/research experience as a teacher educator in an HEC recognized University.
- Publications: Ten (10) research publications (with at least 4 publications in the last 5 years) in HEC recognized Journals.
- Management Experience: Experience in the management of teacher education institutions, experience in the field of quality assurance, accreditation, licensing, and certification of teachers. Experience of educational assessment, project planning, managing and conducting conferences, workshops, and seminars will be preferred.
- Skills: Assessment data analysis and interpretation, report writing, written and oral communication skills in English and Urdu.
- Max Age: 65 years

- Degrees from International/National HEC recognized universities/degree awarding institutions will be considered.
