Job Responsibilities:
- Operational Supervision: Oversee daily operations, ensuring that project activities are conducted efficiently and effectively.
- Team Coordination: Manage and coordinate the work of team members, providing guidance and support to achieve project goals.
- Quality Control: Monitor project activities to ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality benchmarks.
- Problem Solving: Address and resolve issues during project execution to minimize disruption to operations.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of project progress, equipment status, and team performance, and provide regular updates to the Project Manager.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience: 5-6 years of relevant experience.
Skills:
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of mechanical systems and maintenance practices.
