We are a Public Listed Company since 1967, being the sole manufacturer of security paper in Pakistan for banknotes, identity documents, financial instruments, educational certificates, and other related security documents. We are recipients of the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) Top 25 Companies Award for a long period of time. We are an ISO 9001:2015 (Quality), ISO 14001:2015 (Environment), and OHSAS 18001 (Safety) certified Company. We are looking for an experienced and dynamic professional for the following senior management position based in Karachi.
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER: CFO is responsible for overseeing the overall financial, accounting, and reporting functions of the company and compliance with the regulatory requirements. The CFO will be part of the senior management team and will provide strategic financial leadership, manage financial planning and analysis, and drive financial growth and stability in line with the company goals. He/She should have a strong understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and requirements of regulatory compliances.
This position will report directly to the CEO and provides financial guidance to the BoD. The CFO leads Finance & Accounts functions which includes Accounting and General Ledger, Financial/Management/Regulatory reporting, Forecast and Budgeting, Accounts Payable and Receivable, Annual/periodic statutory & Cost Audits facilitation, Taxation compliances, Investments management, banking and Treasury operations as well as interacting with the Board of Directors and its committees, the Regulators, and other stakeholders, etc. The position also expects hands-on experience in information technology and the relevant platforms for accounting and financial management.
Qualification: Qualified Chartered Accountant
Age / Experience:
- Less than 50 years on the last date of submission of the application.
- At least 10-15 years of relevant post-qualification experience, preference will be given to similar or a level below in a reputable company.
