BRANCH MANAGER

Objective: To achieve the branch’s multi-dimensional growth targets (deposits, advances & profit) by sales maximization through strengthening the existing relationships and identifying new business opportunities, while providing quality service coupled with efficient operational controls to minimize all risks by ensuring strict adherence to KYC/AML, SBP & Internal Policies, Processes and Credit Manual/Circulars.

Criteria for Hiring
Eligibility shall be based on but not limited to criterion mentioned below:

Graduate from a recognized HEC University.
Knowledge of basic financial concepts, basic banking principles, practices and procedures, banking operations, regulations, and risk management.
5 years of work experience with at least 3 years of branch banking.
Efficient interpersonal, communications, and people management skills.

Experience Min: 3-5 Years Banking Experience
