𝗣𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Senior Investigation Officer – Risk Management Group
𝗖𝗶𝘁𝘆 : Lahore
𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Recognized Bachelor or Master degree
𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲: Candidates having minimum 3-5 Years of experience (preferably in the field of Fraud Risk Management affairs).
𝗢𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀
■ Good interpersonal, communication and report writing skills.
■ Ability to critically evaluate situations, manage dispute resolution and conflicts.
■ Ability to anticipate needs and suggest solutions for process improvement.
𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲
■ Should be able to investigate the fraud complaint.
■ Undertake complaints, investigate, and research relevant facts.
■ Liaison with both parties (internal and external) and inquire all relevant information related to an allegation and make a full and detailed conclusion.
■ Determine the factual facts and take a decision to close the case within the time line.
■ Ensure complete compliance with the Bank regulations such as policies, procedures, code of conduct, standard of ethic and integrity.
■ Keep up-to-date knowledge of fraud trends in the industry and recommend ways forward accordingly.
■ Stay up-to-date on the latest developments in fraud investigations and related topics.
■ Contribute to the development and implementation of anti-fraud tools to prevent and reduce actual or potential fraud.
■ Knowledge of banking laws and regulations is essential.
■ Maintain records or a database of all necessary information about fraud investigation affairs.
