Key Accountabilities:
- To smoothly manage operations, production planning and team.
- To implement and manage WCM, ISO Management systems.
- To effectively manage production supplies and SF Stocks.
- Ability to positively impact EHS Culture change through sustained, continuous implementation of improvement plans.
- To execute new projects & initiatives for waste, efficiency and quality improvements.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors:
- B.Sc/ BS Chemical/ Polymer/ Industrial Engineering with 4-5 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of processing and production of printing inks.
- Good Interpersonal Skills and Team player.
- Administration and management of white and blue collared staff.
- EHS and Tools related to GMPs, WCM (RCA, Why-Why, 5W1H, time and motion study)
