WE ARE HIRING CREATIVE HEAD
CHARCOAL PVT. LTD. is hiring “Creative Head / Marketing Lead” who will be responsible for crafting and executing Charcoal’s creative vision and marketing strategy. The candidate must have proven experience of 5-7 years in a senior creative or marketing role, preferably within the fashion industry.
Major Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the marketing department, including Content, eCommerce, Social Media, and PR teams.
- Oversee the creation of seasonal campaigns, product launches, and other marketing initiatives that align with the company’s brand identity.
- Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement and sales growth.
- Lead and mentor the creative studio and eCommerce teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Must be proficient in digital marketing tools, eCommerce platforms and analytics software.
