CAREER OPPORTUNITIES: Punjab Population Innovation Fund (PPIF) is a non-profit, public sector company, established to render financial and technical assistance to innovative projects for population and improving access and generating demand for family planning services. A sustainable growth in population is essential for equitable and inclusive economic growth and social development. PPIF invites job applications for suitable candidates for the following vacant positions of enthusiastic, self-motivated, and experienced professionals in its foreign-funded projects, to be based in Lahore but traveling in various districts required.
Project Manager (01 Position)
Qualification & Experience:
- Masters in Social Sciences / Public Policy and Administration / MBA / Project Management or equivalent from HEC recognized national or international institution.
- Minimum 5 years after 16 years of education in a relevant field.
- Experience in Family Planning will be an advantage.
- Age limit below 60 years on the last date of receipt of the applications.
Program Manager (01 Position)
Qualification & Experience:
- Masters in Social Sciences from HEC recognized institution.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a relevant field.
- Preference will be given to the candidates who have past experience in the project as a Project Management / Project Administration / Management and Administration of a Social Sector Project.
- Age limit below 60 years on the last date of receipt of the applications.
Instructions: Please consider that the job requires field traveling. The above-mentioned positions are Lahore / Relevant Districts based. PPIF reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of positions, abolish any of the above positions, cancel the advertisement, or withhold the recruitment process without assigning any reason. PPIF is an equal opportunity employer. Anybody who influences the selection process by any means shall be disqualified. In case a large number of applications qualify the eligibility criteria of the position, PPIF reserves the right to take an Assessment Test for the shortlisting in the recruitment process before or after an interview. No TA / DA will be admissible for any interview/assessment test.

All those applicants who have applied earlier in reference to the PPIF job advertisement published on 13th April, 2024 (Jang) and 21st April, 2024 (Jang) do not need to apply again and their previous applications will be considered while shortlisting.
Incomplete Job Applications or Applications received after close office hours i.e. 05:00 pm on the afore-stated submission date shall not be entertained. Please mention the title of the project and position on the envelope. If you wish to apply for multiple positions, please send individual applications for each in an individual envelope. We will not entertain applications submitted by hand; only those applications sent through courier will be considered.
